Colorblind

I once bought a pair of jeans, back when brown jeans and cowboy boots was a thing. I proudly went to school with my bright red jeans – and started to understand why my teacher claimed that Lassie – the dog did not have green fur. I can’t pilot a plane – and that is for the best.

So what do you see? <- Huge FAQ

My vision is not like yours and it is hard to explain. Our logo seems red to me, but it is not actually RED.  However if you put a normal green, next to a normal red – I will be able to tell the difference. But already in the illustration below, I struggle with some of those that are close to each other. And I also am not that mind-blown about nature, I think my world is a bit more “dull or pale”

I work with creating websites...

Well everything but graphic design. I love to design, I love working with branding, and I love working with colors. I even make logos for fun. However as a professional, I stick to the technical world of analytics, code, setup, optimization, connecting the dots.

With NotActually.RED I am able to use my full capacity with no limits – because the concept is more a statement than fashion. It is not about the colors and all about the colors at the same time, with the liberty to play and not worry.

I showed this page to a friend – the first draft. The first reaction was “I do not like the colors.” – I do not care! Neither do you – because sometimes, liberty comes from combining your flaws with your strengths.

That is my goal here – and yes also practice my tech skills on a live webshop without a client commenting on the shade of red…

There is no place for red here, I think.
