What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, processed securely through Stripe.
Can I cancel my order?
Since our products are made on-demand, orders go into production quickly. If your order hasn’t started processing yet, contact us ASAP via Facebook Chat, and we’ll see what we can do. We are talking about minutes here, and we can’t promise we’ll make it.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

🚚 We offer flat-rate shipping of $10 on orders under $100 and free shipping on orders over $100.

Can I return a product if I ordered the wrong size?
No need to return it! We believe in our Gift It Forward policy—keep the item and pass it along to someone who will love it.
Instead, we’ll give you a discount code to re-order the correct size. Submit a request using the form above.
What if my product arrives damaged?
If your order arrives with a defect, we’ll send a replacement free of charge. Submit a claim above with a photo of the issue.
Do you offer refunds?
Since our products are made-to-order, we don’t offer refunds. However, if something is wrong with your order, let us know—we’ll work with you to make it right.
