Whether you’re here for a statement piece or a practical upgrade, we’ve made sure that finding the right size and placing an order is hassle-free.

Step-by-Step Buying Process

Browsing and selecting products

Our shop is a small shop, so all products are currently accessible from the home page.  All products we offer are available there.

 

1️⃣ Scroll & Explore

Simply scroll down the homepage to view our full selection of t-shirts, hoodies, hats, and beanies. Each product is displayed with an image, a fun name, and a short description.

2️⃣ Click for Details

See something you like? Click on the product to open its details page, where you’ll find:
✅ A short product story (because every piece has personality).
Size guide links where needed—no more guessing.
Color variations (which are never actually red).
Pricing and Quantity

3️⃣ Selecting the Right Size

To avoid any surprises, check the size guide before adding a product to your cart. Each item has a size chart link where needed.

4️⃣ Add to Cart & Checkout

Once you’ve found the perfect product:
Choose your size (and color, if you can trust the name).
✔ Click “Add to Cart.”
✔ When ready, proceed to checkout for payment & shipping details.

🛒 Adding to Cart & Checkout Process

Shopping at NotActually.RED is as easy as it gets—no confusing steps, just a smooth, logical process from cart to checkout. Here’s what to expect:

1️⃣ Adding a Product to Your Cart

Once you’ve found the perfect item:
Choose your size (and color, if you dare to trust the name).
✔ Click “Add to Cart” to save the item for checkout.

When you do, a banner will show at the top of the page. 

The Cart price and quantity button will update, with the litte orange circle displaying number of products. If you press the price button you will get a slide in meny for details. If you press the view cart button, you will see the content of your shopping cart in a new page. 

The order steps are:

  1. Add to Cart
  2. View Cart
  3. Go to checkout page
  4. Fill in information and complete.

2️⃣ Reviewing Your Cart

Before placing your order, click on the cart icon 🛒 (top right corner) to:
✅ View your selected items.
✅ Adjust quantities if needed.

3️⃣ Entering Shipping & Payment Details

On the checkout page, simply:
✅ Fill in your shipping address.
✅ Choose your preferred payment method (Stripe for secure card payments).
✅ Review your order summary.
✅ Add discount coupon code if you have one.

4️⃣ Completing Your Purchase

✔ Click “Place Order” to complete your purchase.
✔ You’ll receive an order confirmation email with details.
✔ Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link via email.

At NotActually.RED, we keep payments secure, simple, and hassle-free. Here’s how it works:

1️⃣ Available Payment Methods

We currently accept:
Credit & Debit Cards (processed securely via Stripe)
Other Secure Payment Options (depending on availability in your region)

All transactions are encrypted & secure, so you can shop with confidence.

2️⃣ Order Confirmation

Once your payment is processed:
✅ You’ll receive an order confirmation email with your purchase details.
✅ Your order will be sent to production and prepared for shipping.
✅ When it ships, you’ll get a tracking link via email.

At NotActually.RED, we aim for a smooth and hassle-free shipping experience. Here’s everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

We currently ship to most countries worldwide, including:
United States
Europe
Canada, Australia, & More

If your location isn’t listed at checkout, we may not ship there yet.

2️⃣ Shipping Methods & Costs

Flat Rate Shipping: $10 on all orders under $100
Free Shipping: For orders over $100

3️⃣ Estimated Delivery Times

Since we use on-demand production, shipping times may vary:
📦 United States: 5–10 business days
📦 Europe: 7–14 business days
📦 Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

4️⃣ Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
✔ Track your order online at any time.

5️⃣ Customs & Import Fees

For some international orders, customs fees may apply. These are set by your country and are not included in our pricing.

We know that getting the right fit is important, so we’ve included size guides on product pages where needed. Make sure to check the measurements before ordering to get the perfect fit!

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy Summary

At NotActually.RED, we believe in keeping things simple, fair, and fun—even when it comes to returns and exchanges. To be able to keep returns at a minimum to save transportation, our return policy might be a slight different. Either way, we will strive to make you a happy customer.  

1️⃣ Wrong Size? No Problem!

Since we use on-demand production, we don’t do traditional returns—but we’ve got a better solution!
Gift It Forward – Keep the item and give it to a friend.
Get a Discount Code – We’ll send you a discounted replacement offer so you can order the right size.

2️⃣ Received a Damaged Product?

Oops! If your item arrives damaged, let us know ASAP.
Submit a claim within 7 days with photos of the defect.
✔ We’ll send you a free replacement—no need to return the damaged item.

3️⃣ Refunds & Cancellations

Since our products are made on-demand, we can’t offer refunds once an order is in production. However:
✔ If your order hasn’t started processing yet, we may be able to cancel it—contact us ASAP.
✔ If there’s a major issue, reach out, and we’ll work with you on a solution.
