But What If My Order Is Actually Wrong?

If we’ve made a mistake (like sending you the wrong product, size, or if it arrived damaged), we’ll gladly fix it:

2. We’ll either resend the correct item or issue a full refund. Your choice.

The Fine Print

• Custom Orders: All custom products are final sale – no returns, no exceptions. They’re as unique as you are.
• Timing: Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• Shipping Costs: We don’t refund shipping costs unless the error was on us. (Fair is fair, right?)
