Welcome to NotActually.Red, where the colors may confuse you, but our terms won’t. By shopping with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are as straightforward (and maybe as ironic) as our products.
1. General Information

We’re a dropshipping store, meaning all products are printed, fulfilled, and shipped by our amazing partner, Printful, from their global facilities. When you shop with us, Printful’s policies on manufacturing, shipping, and returns come into play. You can find more about their terms here.
📢 For Norwegian customers:
All prices are displayed excluding VAT. A 25% VAT will be added at checkout for orders shipped to Norway. Orders shipped outside of Norway are not subject to Norwegian VAT, but may be subject to local taxes or customs duties upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
2. Orders and Fulfillment
- Dropshipping Model: Once you place an order, it’s sent directly to Printful for production and shipping. This means:
- Production begins as soon as you place an order—no warehouses, no inventory.
- Delivery times may vary depending on Printful’s production schedules and your location.
- Customization: All products are custom-made, so your order is just for you. This means no cancellations once production begins.
3. Shipping
- Shipping Times: We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but exact delivery dates depend on Printful’s fulfillment times and carrier services.
- Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties. These are not included in your order price and are your responsibility. (Sorry, we don’t have any jokes for customs paperwork.)
- Lost Packages: If your package goes missing in action, contact us at support@notactually.red. We’ll work with Printful and the carrier to sort it out.
4. Returns and Refunds
We operate under a “Gift, Not Re-Send” policy:
- If you’ve received the wrong size or color, we encourage you to gift the item forward. We’ll send you a 20% discount code for your next purchase as a thank-you for saving the planet.
- If the mistake is on us (wrong item, damaged goods), let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll either issue a refund or send a replacement.

5. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and content on NotActually.Red are the intellectual property of Webmaster Heimen. That means no copying, recreating, or trying to be as ironically stylish as we are without permission.
6. Liability Disclaimer
We’re not responsible for:
- Colors looking different on your screen vs. real life (hello, irony!).
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
- You becoming the talk of the town because of your awesome NotActually.Red gear.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes will be settled in Norwegian courts. But let’s not get to that point, okay?
